Tip # 1, Be Kind to yourself & others. Fear, blame, criticism all promote and feed a downward spiral of negative emotions. Eat dinner together and feel gratitude for each other , your surroundings & the food. This helps you recognize we are all living breathing miracles of life.
Tip# 2 Get your daily news fix in the am & pm. Remember we filter out the world through our senses. History has proven our senses deceive us a lot. Example, I got my allergy shot on Wednesday. I forgot I have a slight reaction to them normally, which seemed very similar to the symptoms of the coronavirus. So , for about 12 hrs my senses told me I was contagious . I also have to say my mind went there fast BECAUSE of everything I hear on the news. Bottom line limit negative news.

Tip # 3 Connect , with your loved ones daily , using all & any technology you can . I’m a mom & a grandma . I did a drive by sort of yesterday to see my daughters . I had to see their faces even if from a distance. I believe the only thing that will ever change anything is LOVE. It is the essence of life and life is a miracle EVERY DAY.
Tip # 4 Feed your body good things. Go for a walk even if it’s just around the house . Move your body 15 minutes daily. None of that is news.
Tip # 5 End your day with a hand written note to yourself in a journal , of thanks, gratitude and wonder of life. This keeps you in the flow of miracles .
